My path to energy medicine began in 2020 when I was at a deep emotional low. Through an online community, I discovered Eden Energy Medicine and was immediately drawn to go deeper. This body of work led to my rediscovery of who I was and truly changed me. I began to recognize myself as a teacher, transformation bringer, and pattern breaker and a new passion and direction emerged in my life; I began my training through Eden Energy Medicine and never looked back. Adding yoga, coaching and Energy Psychology to my life and, eventually, into my practice, has led me to my sweet spot of empowerment.
When not balancing energies, I spend lots of time with family - I am a mother to four grown children and “Marmie” to two grandbabies. I also love the changing seasons, my garden, entertaining, and am always up for an adventure. With a curious nature, you will often find me slowing down, looking for beauty, and smelling the roses. I’m in love with all things energy! And helping others develop a loving relationship to their own energies is my passion.
